Neither. OCD is a Customer Exclusive moving service — your belongings travel on their own truck, with the same full-time OCD crew, straight to your new home. We never combine loads, never use brokers or outside contractors, and never sell or share your information.
No. We never charge extra for stairs, long carries, or miles, and there are no hidden fees. We're fully compliant with California laws and regulations, US-DOT #2597230 and CAL-T #0191594, CARB and ELD compliant.
On door-to-door moves we include basic valuation protection, all furniture disassembly and reassembly, shrink-wrap and moving blankets, TV protection and removal from walls or stands, glass and hardwood floor protection, loaner wardrobe boxes for hanging clothes, and placement of every item where you want it — all free. Packing boxes and the materials to pack them are the only added cost.

We accept all debit and credit cards with a 3% processing fee, and cash with no fee to avoid the card charge. You can combine cash and card. We're not able to accept Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal, and we never automatically add gratuity — tipping is always at your discretion.
